She joined AMA in 2012 and currently leads the content development strategy for AMA and manages the learning solutions team. Dorothy has collaborated with clients and organizations to develop and implement high impact learning solutions that drive results. She has managed and developed learning curriculums for numerous global individuals and organizations. Dorothy has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College   Jeff Becker - Jeff is AMA’s Director of Corporate Learning Solutions and has over 20 years’ experience in sales generation, leadership development, coaching and corporate education. Prior to joining AMA, Jeff worked in human resources, operations and sales where he consulted and developed executive to mid-level management and frontline associates on change management, strategy implementation, and performance management. He is also an accomplished public speaker and has a passion for helping others learn, while influencing behaviors to drive performance.
