She is the founder of three organizations that are still running today. Ann has traveled nationally for over 20 years delivering workshops, retreat and keynotes on building an influential voice, women’s empowerment, the art of facilitating and true leadership. With a passion for speaking that was ignited in the seventh grade when she participated in toastmasters, she is now working with groups ranging from 20 to 5000. She has spoken on stages with the Reverend Jesse Jackson, Dr. Richard Carlson, Tory Johnson, and Loral Langemeier, to name a few. Ann is the published author of The Influence Factor: The Journey to Discovering Your Influential Voice .   Priya Kaul, MA, MSSW is a Learning Solutions Manager with AMA. She has extensive experience in talent development with Fortune 500 organizations that align with corporate strategy and culture. She finds her professional rhythm as a strategic partner, working collaboratively with teams to unlock leadership potential by; creating value propositions and solutions, supporting business development measures, and employing diversity, equity, and inclusive practices to strengthen systems. Having studied and worked in India and the US, Priya uses her academic base in Psychology and Psychometrics to center her work with people in their talent development journey. She is certified to administer, debrief and coach using psychometric tools: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan Assessment Systems and Emotional Capital Inventory.
