There's a lot to take in on this training like the different dynamics, coaching aspect of it, how to work well with different personalities and how to intervene.

The combination of practicing with role plays and groups, observing the instructor's role modeling throughout the 3 days, and hearing the perspectives of others made this course one of the best I've ever attended.

The class introduced a number of effective ways to keep meetings engaging and on track.It may have been a slightly better experience if the class had a few more members.
