Joe shared very outstanding concepts on 13 behaviors and concept of Leading at the Speed of Trust. Very engaging conversation.

The class room experience provided insightful discussions to focus real-life situations on building trust. When the training was concluded I was able recognize both the positive and negative actions in my day to day management, how they effected by long-term relationships, and how to improve my interactions to continue to build trust throughout the organization.
