What is the live online experience like?

This is one of the most common questions—and also one of the hardest to answer. Our online training programs are designed to deliver an engaging and interactive experience that closely mirrors the energy of a live classroom. Each participant is treated as an active contributor, and individual participation is a key part of the learning process. You can expect to be called upon by name and encouraged to interact with both the instructor and your peers. We also recommend joining the session 15–30 minutes early to confirm that your audio and connection are working properly.
