This Seminar was well organized and I enjoyed the small group size. I learned so much and would love to take part in another seminar.

Extremely relevant and straight forward execution. Instruction gets to the point followed by activities to be able to utilize the material real-time. Very effective.

It help me to have more communication with my team, listen to them and to be more specific on what they should continue to doto give them positive reinforcement

This was a diverse group of people, personalities, and experience: The Instructor did a great job of facilitating the discussion, citing examples, offering alternative solutions and strategies through differing styles of management, communication, inclusion, coaching and performance appraisals. I think all the participants were able to take a lot of useful information from this seminar and apply it immediately to their Supervisory role.

Very informative and applicable to the work environment. Made me think differently than I normally would in certain situations. Helped me to identify areas that I excel at as well as areas I need to work on.
