About Your Instructor
Joe Giordano is a CPA with 40 years of financial experience, 30 years’ experience presenting seminars, and 20 years' experience speaking for AMA. He began his career with Ernst & Young LLP, the major accounting firm. There, he performed both auditing and tax services for major multinational corporations.
He spent the remainder of his executive career with two large Fortune 500 multinationals. His responsibilities covered a range of U.S. and international finance, accounting and taxation issues. He has also taught basic finance and corporate valuation at New York University.
