I found the training to be engaging and incredibly informative. I now have several ideas to implement at work to increase collaboration (almost too many!). I was surprised to see there were only 8 people in the course, however the small size of the group allowed each person to share and we got to know each other over the course of the two days. I was able to share specific situations related to my own work environment and get advice from the entire group. The facilitator was also very authentic and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!

I really liked this training and thought it was very effective and personalized in a smaller group setting. Marcelline, our professor, was both very credible (professional) and personable and gave us some great tools and insights on how to become better leaders and how to apply those back in the office.
